Terms of Use
Document version 2026.08
These Terms of Use apply to runlinda.com and to enquiries you send through the site to Runlinda Ltd, Level 3, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148, Australia. A confirmed venue hire, restaurant booking or spa appointment is also governed by the written contract or confirmation we send you; if those documents conflict with this page on price or cancellation, the confirmation wins. Last updated 26 August 2026. Victorian law applies. These terms are a website notice, not a full hire agreement.
1. Acceptance
By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not send a form and do not rely on prices on the site as a hold. Using the site to read room names is still subject to the copyright and acceptable-use rules below. We may refuse an enquiry that is abusive or that asks us to break the law.
2. Who may use the site
The site is written for adults organising events, dining or spa time in Australia. You must be able to enter a contract under Australian law to submit a booking enquiry. A parent or guardian may read pages about family weddings. You must not use the site to harvest emails, overload the server, or post malware. Automated scraping that copies the whole site without permission is not allowed.
3. Content on the site
Room capacities, package prices and opening hours are published as a guide. They can change when a room is refurbished, when a public holiday rate applies, or when a licence condition changes. Photographs on this build are working stills, not a finished campaign set. A site tour is the way to see the floor. We try to keep copy accurate; we do not promise that every page is complete at every hour.
4. Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the form does not reserve a room. It asks us to reply. A hold starts only when we write that a date is held and, where we require it, when a deposit is paid. We may tell you the date is already taken. Website “from” prices exclude public holidays, late close, heavy production and some dietary menus. The events desk will itemise those lines on a quote.
5. Venue rules
Guests must follow reasonable directions from staff, including fire exits, noise limits and last-drinks times. We can refuse service of alcohol where Victorian law requires it. Damage to rooms, linen or equipment may be charged to the host named on the contract. Confetti that stains stone, smoke machines that trigger alarms, and unapproved catering are not permitted without written sign-off. Load-in times are booked with the centre; a late truck may miss the dock.
6. Intellectual property
Text, layout, logos and original graphics on runlinda.com belong to Runlinda Ltd or our licensors. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site to run a competing venue page, or remove our name from the copy. Placeholder images are simple marks and are not offered as stock photography for reuse. The name Runlinda and the wordmark are used only for this company.
7. What you send us
You warrant that information on a form is true to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to give us guest names and dietary notes. Do not send other people’s health details unless they asked you to. Do not upload unlawful material. We may keep a copy of messages to run the booking and to meet record-keeping duties described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Links
Links to maps, transport or supplier sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their terms. A link is not an endorsement of a hotel or a bus company.
9. Availability
We may suspend the site for maintenance, a security issue, or a hosting failure. We are not liable for a form that does not arrive because your connection dropped. If the site is down, call +61 3 9568 4400. A website outage does not cancel a contract already signed on paper or by email.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable from using the website, and for loss caused by your breach of these terms. We do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees that apply to services we supply in Australia. Nothing on this page limits liability for fraud or for personal injury we cause by negligence where the law does not allow a limit.
11. Indemnity
If you misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the host, or send us information you were not allowed to send, you agree to meet reasonable costs we incur as a direct result, including the cost of restoring a defaced page, where a court in Victoria would allow that recovery.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you have a signed hire agreement, changes to this webpage do not rewrite that agreement unless we both sign a variation. Continued use of the site after an update means you should read the new text.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have jurisdiction, except that you may have extra rights in your home state if you are an Australian consumer. Try to resolve a website complaint by emailing info@runlinda.com before starting a claim. Venue hire disputes follow the dispute clause in the hire contract.
14. Contact
Runlinda Ltd is the operator named in these terms. Write to info@runlinda.com, call +61 3 9568 4400, or visit Level 3, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148, Australia. Ask for a copy of a hire contract if you already hold a date; this page does not replace that document.
