Room, projection, pads, still and sparkling, morning tea, a plated lunch and an afternoon break. Breakout space is held in The Saltbush Room when the main hall is in use.

Wedding celebration
Ceremony on the terrace or in The Harbour Suite, then dinner in The Great Hall or The Southern Ballroom. A wedding coordinator stays from rehearsal to last dance. Cake table and a quiet room for the couple are standard.

EnquireHow a booking is built
We start with a date hold of ten days. In that window you get a floor plan, a sample menu and a list of what the room already owns: chairs, linen colour, stage size, piano. If the hold lapses we release the room; if you proceed, the deposit invoice is sent the same day.
What the coordinator keeps
One person owns dietary lists, supplier load-in, and the run sheet. They meet the band, the celebrant and the florist at the dock so you are not directing traffic on the day. After midnight they stay until the last taxi is called if you have booked a late close.
What you still decide
Speeches, cake, a playlist if you are not using a live act, and whether the spa wing is opened for the bridal party. We do not lock you into a house florist. We do ask that any outside caterer is approved, because the kitchen is licensed to our own team.
