Venues and halls
Six rooms from a 28-seat studio to an 800-guest ballroom, each with its own lighting plot.
A private floor above Chadstone Shopping Centre for weddings, work gatherings, long lunches, spa days and weekend music. Six rooms, one kitchen, and a team that stays on the floor until the last guest leaves.
Opened in 2018
Runlinda opened in 2018 on Level 3 of Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road. Guests arrive by the centre car parks, the bus interchange, or a short ride from Huntingdale and Holmesglen stations. Once they step off the lift, the retail floor drops away and the rooms take over: timber, linen, a kitchen that plates for eight or eight hundred, and a small spa wing that stays quiet even when the ballroom is full.
We host board sessions before lunch, garden ceremonies on the terrace, and Friday music in The Lantern Bar. The same coordinators handle floor plans, dietary lists and load-in times so you speak to one desk from the first site tour to pack-down.

Seasonal Victorian produce, breakfast through late dinner, and private tables for smaller lists.
Pre-dinner drinks, late sets and a short list of Australian wine and house cocktails.
Treatment rooms, steam and a quiet lounge for recovery days or wedding-morning prep.
Booked bands, DJs and acoustic hours for birthdays, brand launches and seasonal parties.
Day delegate rates with AV, breakout space and a kitchen that can keep a timetable.
Most clients mix a hall with dining, then add the terrace or spa if the day needs a slower hour. The list below is what we run every week, not a catalogue of extras we hire in.
Six named rooms with published capacities, in-house AV and a single production contact. Layouts are drawn before you sign so the dance floor, stage and catering lines are already agreed.

An open kitchen and 110 covers. Lunch menus lean on Gippsland farms and Mornington fruit; dinner service holds for speeches without rushing the room.

A darker room off the foyer for arrival drinks, after-dinner sets and smaller birthday lists that do not need a hall.

Four treatment rooms, steam, and a rest lounge. Used for recovery days, hens’ mornings and the hour before a ceremony when the bridal party needs space.

In-house sound, a small stage and a roster of Melbourne players. We also take your own act if the technical rider fits the room.

Day rates include the room, projection, pads and a kitchen that can hit a 15-minute break. Evening receptions can move to the terrace without changing buildings.

At Chadstone
The venue sits inside Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone VIC 3148. Guests who already know the centre use Car Park B or D and take the Level 3 lifts marked for events. From the Melbourne CBD the drive is about 25 minutes outside peak; trains to Huntingdale plus a short bus also work.
Once you are upstairs, the rooms do not share circulation with retail. That keeps a wedding dinner away from late shopping traffic and gives a conference a quiet lobby of its own.
Chadstone itself covers fashion, a cinema and hotels within walking distance. For a longer stay, the Dandenong Ranges sit to the east and the bay beaches are a straight run south. We can hold bags, book a table in The Orchard Room and time a spa hour around your programme.
Ask for arrival notesTell us the date, headcount and which room you have in mind. A coordinator replies within two business days with hold options.
