A kitchen on Level 3
Menus change with the market run from South Melbourne and a handful of Gippsland farms. We cook for the restaurant first, then scale the same dishes for a ballroom so a wedding dinner does not taste like a different kitchen.
Breakfast from 07:30, lunch from 12:00, dinner from 17:30. The list leans on English sparkling and Yarra pinot as much as French bottles. Walk-ins are taken at the bar end; larger tables need a booking.

Open from 16:00. House cocktails, a short snack list and a corner that can take a duo without a full stage. Afternoon tea is offered Thursday to Sunday until 17:00.

The same kitchen feeds the halls. Bowl food for standing receptions, plated dinners that can pause for speeches, and breakfast service for early conferences. Dietary lists are run the day before, not on the door.
